Manchester United misfit Ander Herrera is reportedly attracting interest from AC Milan, and the Premier League club are understood to be willing to let him depart if they see their £30 million valuation met.
Daniel Matthews of MailOnline cited a report from Italian newspaper Tuttosport that said Milan want to test the Red Devils' resolve with a move for Herrera, whom they would "reluctantly allow to leave" for the right price.
Herrera joined United in 2014 for a similar fee, suggesting the English powerhouses would be happy to get their investment back as the player approaches the final year of his contract at Old Trafford.
Samuel Luckhurst of the Manchester Evening News vouched for the Spaniard, despite him slipping further from the starting XI following Nemanja Matic's arrival from Chelsea last summer:
The 28-year-old enjoyed an authoritative campaign with the Red Devils in 2016-17 but has been displaced this term and managed only eight starts in the Premier League under manager Jose Mourinho.
