Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has revealed he is not sure if Simon Mignolet has a future at Anfield following his decision to make Loris Karius his first choice in goal.
Per MailOnline's Spencer Morgan, the German confirmed he will no longer be rotating his goalkeepers in cup competitions and Karius—who has played in each of their last five Premier League games—will remain in goal against Porto in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.
Asked whether his decision will have an impact on Mignolet's future, he replied:
"Nobody knows about the future, or I don't know about the future. In this business it is always the same—it says nothing about that.
"It's not for me to think about these kind of things. I have to make a decision for tomorrow night and that's all. No problem."
The Belgian was Klopp's Premier League goalkeeper of choice for the first half of the season, with Karius appearing in just three matches in the English top flight prior to the turn of the year.
